Through my health coaching services, we will explore key areas of your well-being, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care practises (including values based boundary-setting), to identify opportunities for positive changes. Together, we will identify your core values, personality traits, and the motivating reasons why your desire for change is important to you. Through a personalised plan tailored to your health goals, we will shift your perspectives, strengthen your mental and emotional frameworks and boost your wellbeing.
Additionally, I offer transformative hypnotherapy sessions that combine psychotherapy, hypnosis, hypnoanalysis, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and guided imagery to address a range of issues and promote personal growth, as well as science-based Somatic Psycho-Neurosensory techniques such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping), Eye Movement De-sensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR) and Havening technique.

Before becoming a Health and Mindset Coach, I worked in business development for an Oxford-based digital healthcare company and prior to that I worked for several years in pharmaceutical sales, where I helped launch and promote treatments for both men's and women’s health. This experience opened my eyes to the critical prevalence and importance of lifestyle-related illnesses and led me to embrace a preventative approach—one where simple mindset shifts and habit changes can have a profound impact on improving long-term health, with a focus on better quality of life.
As a mother of a teenager approaching adulthood and someone who has personally navigated anxiety, stress, and digestive issues, I’m dedicated to showing others how small, manageable changes can create powerful results.
